Review: GOALSET Yoga Wheel (Set of 3)
Getting a good stretch is important, especially as we age. One of the biggest issues is keeping our backs healthy, which can be a full-time job. That’s why something like the GOALSET Yoga Wheel set is such an important product.
In the box you get a 6 inch, 10 inch, and 13 inch yoga wheel, as well as a zippered carrying case with zippered pocket. It’s a premium package, which extends all the way to the wheels themselves. The textured, rubber padding covers a high-strength ABS plastic. I got the green (teal). Supposedly, these wheels can stand a load as heavy as 550 pounds, and I believe it. It had no issues with both my 210lb mass and putting my full force onto it.
The stretch is fantastic and the three different wheel sizes let you customize the amount of strength relative to your personal pain tolerance and mood, as well as what part of your body you want to target. If you haven’t used a yoga wheel before, it can be an eye-opening experience. Your back will absolutely thank you as you’ll feel both a good stretch and like you’ve just been deep massaged.
Although this is not an inexpensive item, you do get what you pay for. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better yoga wheel package than the GOALSET.
