As someone who’s worked out for well over 35 years now at many different gyms, I can say that the franchise has improved dramatically over the years to the point where it’s now competitive with many hardcore gyms in what it offers. It’s finally a great option for more serious workouts, which is good, because there are tons of locations, including one that I go to that’s just a little over 10 minutes from my house. Given the price point, it’s worth checking out a location near you.
