<p>While I&#8217;ve used digital microscopes for soldering in the past, they&#8217;ve never been as full-featured as this <a href="https://amzn.to/3pcmbWT">ARRABLON</a>. The stand-out feature is the generous 7&#8243; LCD screen, which provides a detailed, wide view of what you&#8217;re magnifying. That&#8217;s not the only great thing in its feature-set, however.</p>

<p>In the box, you get the microscope, base with two extra LED lights on goose arms, microUSB charging/power cable, 32GB microSD card, mini CD, wired remote to take photos and videos without using the on-screen buttons, calibration card, and instructions. If you install the included microSD card, the microscope can take 12MP photos (4023&#215;3024 resolution) or up to 1920&#215;1080 30FPS video. Magnification range is from 50X (minimum) to 1200X (maximum).</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img data-recalc-dims="1" decoding="async" width="640" height="480" src="https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1" alt="Setup is quite easy, fortunately." class="wp-image-5358" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?resize=1024%2C768&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?resize=768%2C576&amp;ssl=1 768w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?resize=1536%2C1152&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.11.59.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w" sizes="(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /><figcaption>Setup is quite easy, fortunately.</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Besides using the microUSB cable to both charge the internal battery or provide external power, you can also plug the microscope into your PC or Mac, which recognizes it as a standard camera. Naturally, this gives you a view as large as your monitor. It&#8217;s a neat option, though one I&#8217;ll likely not use quite as often only because the screen it comes with is plenty large for the type of soldering that I tend to do.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img data-recalc-dims="1" loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="640" height="480" src="https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?resize=640%2C480&#038;ssl=1" alt="The screen quality is excellent." class="wp-image-5359" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?resize=1024%2C768&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?resize=768%2C576&amp;ssl=1 768w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?resize=1536%2C1152&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w, https://i0.wp.com/fullsteamahead365.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/2021-10-18-17.17.44.jpg?w=1280&amp;ssl=1 1280w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px" /><figcaption>The screen quality is excellent.</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>This is a wonderfully full-featured product. It&#8217;s easy to assemble and has a ton of use cases, particularly with the ability to capture photos and video, and pretty much automatically work as a camera with your computer. The built-in screen and easy adjustment of height, angles, and lighting make it incredibly useful for all kinds of magnification needs. I highly recommend this product if you&#8217;re looking for a really versatile and useful digital microscope.</p>
